For many years the MacArthur Study Bible has been a wonderful resource for countless Christians. It was the first study bible that I owned as a teenager and I've spent many hours personally profitting from the bible. So I was thrilled to hear earlier this morning that the MacArthur Study Bible is now published in the English Standard Version (ESV). The ESV is a wonderful, faithful translation and the one that I have personally used for my own devotional and study time for the last several years. I'm excited to see the notes of one of the most precise, faithful Bible teachers of our day now in one of the most precise, faithful English translations.
